SPFC is built by real people with lived experience of single parenting. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who care deeply about creating safe spaces, meaningful connections and genuine community . Every person here gives their time because they believe in the power of support, friendship and showing up for others.
Krissie
Director/Founder
Krissie is a solo parent to Luca & Bodhi and knows first hand how isolationg and overwhelming single parenting can feel. After experiencing mental health struggles and domestic abuse she reached a point where she realised just how many parents feel alone in this journey and has found a passion for making it less lonely for others. Krissie pours her heart into every single detail behind SPFC. For her SPFC isn't something she just runs it is something she lives by... for her, for her children and for every 'single parent' needing a village.
Paul
Deputy Lead
Paul is a full time dad of two and a buisness owner who values hard work, honesty and good people. He is friendly approachable and straight talking. He is easy to get along with and enjoys meeting up with friends... especially when there is shots involved! Paul is a big fan of the sun and getting away on holiday. He balances family life with his passion for football. He's a lifelong Chelsea supporter and still actively playing the game. He runs a charity football team based in South East London. Giving back to the community is at the heart of what he does.
Sarah
Deputy Lead
Sarah is a mum to two boys Toby and Riley and also a dog mummy to a gorgeous puppy. She is a dedicated SEN mum and her knowledge in this subject makes her a huge support to others. Sarah is a total home bargain addict so if you see any good offers on make sure to send them her way! She has recently found a new sense of freedom after passing her driving test so no doubt she will be popping up at more events! She is always open to supporting others within the community.
Adam
Community Administrator
Adam is dad to his amazing daughter Scarlett who keeps him (and everyone she meets) on their toes. They recently attended the aquarium sleepover and had an incredible time. Adam says that he doesn't know what he'd do without the people in this community and is passionate about giving back, helping others and showing that no matter how alone someone may feel there is always someone here to listen and support.
Danielle
Community Administrator
Danielle is mum to Rosalie and also expecting another little boy! She understands first hand what it is like to be a single parents and now through SPFC she has met her now partner. As a widow Danielle is always there to offer understanding and support to others who may be going through similar experiences. She is bubbly, friendly and truly passionate about SPFC and everything the community has to offer.
Helen
Finance Support Lead
Helen is mum to Ruby who she co-parents. Since discovering SPFC in October 2025 she has embraced the community wholeheartedly attending as many events as possible and actively building connections with other members. She values the supportive environment that SPFC offers and truly feels she has found her village here forming meaningful friendships that she knows will last a lifetime.
