We run a range of online sessions for members of Single Parents Friendship and Community UK CIC (SPFC) giving the chance to connect, chat, have a laugh and build friendships with other single parents from accross the UK.

Our online sessions include:

• Wednesday Evening Teams Call - These will be run every two weeks alternating between a relaxed chilled chat and our SPFC quiz night.
• Friday Morning Chilled Chat - A weekly informal morning catch up for anyone who fancies some company and conversation.
• Women's Call - This will be ran every other week. It is a friendly space for women to chat, connect and support one another.
• Men's Call - The mens call will be ran monthly. It will be a relaxed space for dads to chat, connect and get to know other single dads.
• Christian House Group - Monthly an online house group will run as a welcoming space for christian members to connect, chat, pray and explore their faith together.
